Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds/exchange unless it is an issue on our behalf. If there is an issue when you receive your hair, please return it for a full refund or we can correct the issue. We recommend sending all returns to us using a trackable postal service with a signature for your protection. Items lost in transit are not our responsibility. Any return shipping expenses involved during a product exchange are the customer's responsibility. A refund will be given once the item is received and checked to be in sellable condition.

Shipping Policy

Orders are created and dispatched after payment has been verified and approved. Please be aware that if the product is not in stock, it will be shipped from our factory overseas. The item will be shipped out the same day if it is in stock. If it isn't already in stock, a custom order must be placed, which takes 2-4 days before it can be dispatched. After the order has been dispatched, you should receive it in 3–4 business days (Weekends are NON-Business days). PLEASE CHECK TO SEE THAT THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER IS CORRECT & COMPLETE! Direct delivery of your order will be made to the address you provided at checkout. No adjustments may be made to an order after it has been dispatched because it is no longer in our possession. Once manufacturing has begun, orders that must be manufactured to order, such as colored hair, cannot be canceled.
