Shipment Delays
Once your item has shipped, we are no longer in control of the shipment and therefore cannot be responsible or liable for any delays, lost packages, incorrect address deliveries by the shipping company, packages that are returned due to failed deliveries, or packages that arrive at the wrong address. There isn't much we can do on our end to assist in these unfortunate situations, therefore if you do experience such problems, please contact the shipping provider (DHL,FEDEX,UPS,USPS) for proper assistance. Because it is an overseas shipment that must pass through customs and delays can happen, they are unable to provide a specific delivery date. Instead, they will provide you with an estimated time range when your product has been dispatched.
