We do not offer refunds/exchange unless it is an issue on our behalf. If there is an issue when you receive your hair, please return it for a full refund or we can correct the issue.

We recommend sending all returns to us using a trackable postal service with a signature for your protection. Items lost in transit are not our responsibility.
Any return shipping expenses involved during a product exchange are the customer's responsibility.
A refund will be given once the item is received and checked to be in sellable condition.
