1. Wash Gently (Avoid Sulfates) Wet your hair carefully to minimize tangling and shampoo and rinse in a downward motion.


2. Condition Your Hair Properly (Avoid Sulfates) Moisturizing your hair with an excellent sulfate-free conditioner will be the ideal next step for your hair transition.

3. Allow to Air Dry - In order to protect your hair extensions from heat damage, we advise letting your hair dry naturally.

4. Brush. A looper brush or soft bristle brush will work well for your brushing. Your hair will be detangled without being harmed thanks to this.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds/exchange unless it is an issue on our behalf. If there is an issue when you receive your hair, please return it for a full refund or we can correct the issue. We recommend sending all returns to us using a trackable postal service with a signature for your protection. Items lost in transit are not our responsibility. Any return shipping expenses involved during a product exchange are the customer's responsibility. A refund will be given once the item is received and checked to be in sellable condition.
